This rink is very popular, next to the Shanghai 80,000-person Sports Stadium and Shanghai Grand Stage. There is a sporty atmosphere everywhere, with rock climbing gyms, swimming pools, etc., allowing those who love sports to experience the fun of various sports without having to go to many places.

Skating Tips: “Stand with your feet apart, bend your knees, tuck your stomach and chest, and look up. To start skating, standing firm is key.” Once your feet slip, just return to the original standing position and it won’t be easy to fall. The best temperature for skating is 10 degrees Celsius, and the most comfortable time to skate is from 7 to 8 pm, because the brain is in an excited state at that time, plus the atmosphere created by the lighting, beginners can easily find the feel of skating.
