Trip features: Shenlingzhai in Luoyang is located in Luoning County, Henan Province. It is a national 4A-level scenic area. The scenic spot is a typical granite waterfall landform, with more than 300 kinds of animals, more than 2200 kinds of plants, more than 160 scenic spots, integrating natural ecological landscape, water body natural landscape, and He Luo culture, and is a national geological park and forest park.

Two-day trip route 2
D1: Zhengzhou—Erlangshan Scenic Area in Pingdingshan (200km/2h40min)
D2: Erlangshan Shimantan—Dengtaijia Scenic Area (15km/27min)—Zhengzhou (210km/2h50min)
Travel Tips: Try to depart before 7 am to avoid the peak hours of leaving the city. Take Zhengyao Expressway and Lannan Expressway. On the second day, take Qiyi line and X006 from Erlangshan Shimantan to Dengtaijia Scenic Area, and take Lannan Expressway and Zhengyao Expressway from Dengtaijia Scenic Area to Zhengzhou.
Trip features: Erlangshan Scenic Area is located on the south bank of Shimantan Reservoir in Wugang City. It is the core scenic spot of Shimantan National Forest Park, focusing on outdoor expansion, health and fitness, leisure and vacation. The main attractions include the largest musical fountain and water screen movie in southern Henan, the most thrilling suspension bridge in the Central Plains, the longest and most beautiful ancient water trestle in China, and the largest water lantern festival in Asia. If the weather permits, you can also participate in the Dai water splashing carnival, dragon boat race, and other activities to experience the ethnic minority customs.

Two-day trip route 3
D1: Zhengzhou—Dai Mei Shan Scenic Area (214km/4h11min)
D2: Dai Mei Shan Scenic Area—Zhengzhou
Travel Tips: Try to depart before 7 am to avoid the peak hours of leaving the city. Take Lianhuo Expressway and S246.
Trip features: Dai Mei Shan Scenic Area is located in the north of Xin’an County, Luoyang City. It was rated as a 4A-level tourist scenic area in September 2014. There are 16 peaks in the scenic area, including Dressing Table, South Heavenly Gate, Clock Making Peak, Looking Homeward Peak, Yue Lao Peak, and Baoduo Peak. The scenic spot is large and can be visited according to the following route: Heavenly Road Wonder—North Garden Square (take a bus)—Grassland Square—Grassland Divine Gate—Grassland Trestle—Yellow River Grand View—Dai Mei Saint Temple—Dai Mei Lonely Willow—Dai Mei Homes—Dai Mei Lake (take a bus)—South Garden Square (transfer to environmentally friendly buses)—Scenic Spot Mountain Gate—(stay overnight) Dai Mei Palace (dinner).
Return to Zhengzhou at 3 pm.
