Traveling to Lijiang as a couple is actually a very romantic thing. You can have an intimate travel vacation based on your favorite elements. It has ancient towns, many ethnic customs and food. Here is a Lijiang couple travel guide for you.
I have been struggling with whether to write a travel guide about Lijiang. I always feel like I don’t have the words, and I didn’t have a great time when I was there.
【About Costs】
My boyfriend and I had a budget of 6000. We bought round-trip tickets for two people on a special offer for around 2300 (with transfers). We stayed at an inn on the edge of the ancient city, it cost about 650 for 4 days. The Lijiang Dayan Ancient Town requires an ancient city maintenance fee of 80 yuan per person, which allows you to enter and exit all day (if you don’t want to buy it, you can go in after 7 pm, it’s free after 7 pm, in addition, you can stay at an inn in the ancient city to save the ancient city maintenance fee) but I still suggest buying it, because with the receipt for the ancient city maintenance fee, you can get free admission to many places (the Black Dragon Pool, the Naxi costumes, the Naxi characters I went to later were all free), and you will also get a small map. If you want to go to the Mu Mansion, the ticket price is 30 yuan per person (with student ID), Shuhe Ancient Town is free, you can go in directly.
【About Essentials】
Sunscreen, cold medicine, camera/selfie stick, money, your own cosmetics, autumn jacket, student ID, flat shoes
【About Clothes】
It is recommended that girls don’t bring too much, just bring one set of clothes to change, because there are many clothing stores in the ancient city, all of them are full of ethnic characteristics, you will definitely lose control and want to buy them when you see them, bringing too much is a burden. I brought two sets of clothes and bought two more in the ancient city.
