If my last trip to Yanqi Lake was about childhood memories, then the highlight of this trip to Yanqi Lake is seeing the lanterns! Strolling around the lake, on the water’s edge of Yanqi Lake, there are many beautiful colorful lanterns that add a touch of color to the pristine natural scenery. Strolling along the lakeside, admiring the scenery on the other side of the lake, the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains is breathtaking.

In the late afternoon, with full anticipation, I entered this different kind of paradise. The Silk Road, the Glorious Mark, the Ocean World, and many other themed lanterns are right in front of me.
At dusk, the lights come on, and the red lotus and green lotus are a different kind of red at night.
During the day, it is an amusement park, with zip lines, speedboats, cruise ships, and fun activities.
At night, it is a place to admire lanterns, escape the summer heat, have beer and barbecue. What a beautiful scene for the end of summer and the beginning of autumn!
