Huangshan Scenic Area is located in Huangshan District, Huangshan City. There are about a dozen sightseeing routes in the scenic area. First of all, everyone needs to understand, especially tourists who are coming for the first time, most of the attractions in Huangshan are basically located on the top of the mountain, about 150 square kilometers, covering a very large area. As I understand it, there are currently three entrances to Huangshan Scenic Area, namely the South Gate, the North Gate and the West Gate. When I went in early August, the West Gate was temporarily closed to traffic, the specific opening time is unknown, and the East Gate was also under construction and maintenance at that time, so tourists who are going there recently must learn about it in advance to avoid delaying their journey.
Many tourists always think that going up from the South Gate can only enjoy the southern part of Huangshan. In fact, it is not true. The South Gate of Huangshan refers to Tangkou Town in Huangshan District. There are several transfer centers in this town, which is to transfer to the Huangshan scenic area bus to go up the mountain. It needs to be reminded here that you must transfer, because private cars are not allowed to go up the mountain. As I understand it, among these transfer points in Huangshan, the most efficient one is the Zaixi Transfer Center. This is a must-know point for visitors to Huashan, so please understand. As far as Huangshan is concerned, in our usual understanding, it is divided into two areas, namely the front mountain and the back mountain. In the general understanding of tourists, it is believed that after coming to Huangshan, as long as you visit the area in all directions according to the southeast, northwest direction, the entire Huangshan Scenic Area is finished. Although this is theoretically correct, but if we change our thinking, that is to say, if you finish visiting the front mountain and the back mountain of Huangshan, the entire scenic area in the southeast, northwest direction will be finished as well.
In my opinion, the scenery of the front mountain and the back mountain are completely different. The back mountain mainly features beautiful and handsome, as well as fantasy, while the front mountain mainly has two words, one is majestic and the other is steep. It needs to be reminded here that there is a very important attraction in the scenic area called Feilai Stone, which can be seen from Guangmingding. Here is my idea to go to the front mountain. First, start from Haixin Pavilion and walk in the direction of Aoyu Cave. When you come down from Aoyu Cave and turn around, you can see the whole view of Aoyu Peak. At this time, some tourists may ask why not take the Yixiantian? Because Yixiantian is a one-way street, because our counterflow will cause inconvenience to other tourists. Then we pass Baibubo Yunti and can experience the highest peak in Huangshan, Lianhua Peak. After reaching the top of the mountain, we go to Yingkesong. In this way, we won’t have to go back. It should be noted that if you have limited physical strength, there is a shortcut to Yingkesong. It should be noted that Yingkesong is the last and very important attraction in this sightseeing route, so after you check in Yingkesong, you can choose the way down the mountain.
