Changsha has three major indoor ski resorts: Xiangjiang Happy City Snow World, Three Bears Snow Kingdom, and Red Horse Lake Sports Skiing. There is also a Dawaishan Ski Resort that is only open when there is a lot of snow.

Located near the Ecological Zoo on Furong South Road in Changsha, the ski resort has a children’s snow play area, a beginner training area and a standard ski area. Among them, the large-scale theme ski resort covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and can accommodate nearly 1,000 people skiing at the same time.

3、Red Horse Lake Sports Skiing
It is an indoor ski resort that is open all year round. The beginner slope is 200 meters long and 60 meters wide, with an average slope of 13%. The intermediate and advanced slopes are 260 meters long and 30 meters wide, with an average slope of 22%. It introduces the international advanced towing equipment “magic carpet”, which allows skiing enthusiasts to fully experience the charm of skiing while ensuring safety and convenience; the ski hall also specially designed a children’s snow play paradise for children to fully play their lively and innocent nature in the fairy tale world of ice and snow.

4、Liuyang Dawaishan Ski Resort
Dawaishan Ski Resort is an outdoor ski resort that is only open when the snowfall reaches a certain amount. With an altitude of 1500 meters and an area of 100,000 square meters, it is a great place for skiing enthusiasts. The ski resort has a snow tube track (about 150 meters), a beginner and intermediate track (about 450 meters, 0~15 slope), an advanced and professional track (about 800 meters, 10~35 slope), and a snowmobile track (about 1200 meters), dedicated to the skiing experience for non-professionals.
It is only open when the snowfall reaches a certain amount.
