1、Gongyi Songding Pathfinder Ski Resort
First, in my opinion, there are two best ski resorts in Henan, one is Gongyi Songding Pathfinder Ski Resort, the other is Funiu Mountain Ski Resort. Both have their own advantages, and these two ski resorts are the only two that provide helmets for free, while helmets at other ski resorts need to be rented for an extra charge.
2、Luoyang Luanchuan Funiu Mountain Ski Resort
The professionalism of Funiu Mountain Ski Resort is undeniable. It has a superior geographical location and a high altitude, ranging from 1600 to 2200 meters above sea level, resulting in a relatively long snow season. The advanced trails of Funiu Mountain are open for a longer period of time, and due to its altitude, it is more suitable than Songding. However, there are also obvious disadvantages, it is too far away from Zhengzhou, it takes more than 4 hours to drive, one day is not enough, at least 2 days are needed. And the price of Funiu Mountain Ski Resort is also relatively high.
3、Rushan Tianlongchi Ski Resort
In fact, Henan’s traditional skiing destination is not in Songshan or Luanchuan, but in Rushan. There are many ski resorts in Rushan, such as Tianlongchi Ski Resort, Muzalin Ski Resort, Yaoshan Ski Park, etc., and Tianlongchi Ski Resort is relatively better, so we only introduce Tianlongchi Ski Resort here. In fact, except for Songding Pathfinder and Funiu Mountain, other ski resorts do not have advanced trails. Tianlongchi only has intermediate and advanced trails, and the intermediate trail is considered to be good among them.
4、Other Ski Resorts
Besides the above three, there are many other ski resorts in Henan, but many are not recommended.
Relatively recommended are Yaoshan Ski Park, Muzalin Ski Resort, Dahongzhai Ski Resort, etc., other Baiyun Mountain, Shenlingzhai Scenic Area are relatively small, the closest Taohuayu Ski Resort to Zhengzhou has a long history, but it is not recommended, in the eyes of skiers, Taohuayu is not a real ski resort.
If you want to ski, you should choose a relatively better ski resort, of course, if you have the conditions, you can also go to Chongli, Northeast China, Xinjiang, etc., as for going abroad, it is not recommended this year.
