Emerald Valley is located at the foot of Huangshan Mountain and has separate ticket sales. It is known as the “World’s First Beautiful Water” and the fifth wonder of Huangshan. Due to its unique geographical location, many people choose this relatively easy spot after visiting Huangshan. It is also the filming location of the movie “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.”
Jiulong Waterfall
Ticket: 85 yuan, Play time: 3-5 hours
Jiulong Waterfall is located at the foot of Huangshan Mountain and has separate ticket sales. It is the most spectacular waterfall in Huangshan and one of the seven famous waterfalls in China. It is 600 meters long with a drop of 360 meters. The waterfall flows down from the top of Huangshan Mountain in nine stages, which is very imposing.
3. Best Time to Visit
Suitable for all seasons. Spring (March-May): Enjoy the blooming flowers, green pines, and singing birds; Summer (June-August): Enjoy the pines, mist, and summer vacation; Autumn (September-November): Enjoy the green pines, gray rocks, red maples, yellow chrysanthemums, and other natural scenery; Winter (December-February): Enjoy the icy flowers and mist-covered pines.
