A3. Songpu Avenue – Hulan District – Hazhao Highway – Bayan County – Mulan County – Jiguan Mountain Scenic Area Gate No. 2 (Total length: 183 kilometers)

A4: Harbin – Binshui Avenue – Bayan County – Mulan County – Jiguan Mountain Scenic Area

In order to provide tourists with a safe, orderly, relaxing, enjoyable, and healthy and safe travel environment, Jiguan Mountain Scenic Area has undergone comprehensive inspections, including environmental cleaning and disinfection of various facilities in public areas. Now the opening of the scenic area is hereby announced as follows:

① All tourists must purchase tickets with real-name registration based on their ID cards. When entering the scenic area, they must wear masks, hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, scan the “Scenic Area Appointment Code”, “Longjiang Health Code”, “Itinerary Code”, and have their temperature taken before entering the scenic area.

② Abide by the management regulations of the scenic area, actively cooperate with the management of scenic area staff, and abide by the scenic area’s ecological environment protection and forest fire prevention regulations.

③ Tourists can only enter the scenic area after passing security checks. Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from others while visiting, and strictly prohibit uncivilized behaviors such as littering and spitting.

④ Those with abnormal body temperature will be prohibited from entering the park and will cooperate with the staff of the scenic area to quickly transfer to the isolation room set up by the scenic area for monitoring, and at the same time handle them properly according to the plan.
