Its exterior wall is inlaid with porcelain fragments from the Lushan Duandian kiln in the Tang and Song Dynasties, as well as thousands of ceramics from the Zhengzhou Elephant Ceramics Museum. It mainly focuses on ancient ceramics (with the Yuan Dynasty as the lower limit). The collection includes many fine and unique ceramic pieces from all dynasties in the Central Plains region.
