Milk Tofu

After boiling the yogurt, leave it for one day, put it into a coarse cloth bag and drain it. Drain it for a while, then pour it on a wooden board, press out the yellow water with a stone to make a concentrated milk food. Put this milk food on a straw mat, and then place it high to dry, it becomes milk tofu. Milk Tea
