Its exterior decoration is taken from the national intangible cultural heritage—Tonghua’s characteristic Manchu paper-cutting art. It is located south of the Wanfa Bazzi (one of the origins of Manchu culture) Site Park, with mountains behind it, and enjoys a good ecological environment and mountain landscape resources. The Tonghua City Science and Culture Center has six major exhibition halls: the Natural Museum, the History Museum, the Science Exhibition Hall, the Art Museum, the People’s Art Museum, and the Planning Museum, each embodying elements of science, nature, culture, history, and the future.
