There are many beautiful places in Vietnam, but today I’m going to talk about the attractions of Cambodia. You can check it out when you go there. This is just a travelogue, not a strategy. You can refer to it.
I woke up at 7 am on Saturday morning and set off, wearing thick winter clothes, with summer clothes and a bunch of tissues that would never be used in my suitcase. I took a big plane to Shanghai, flying for 4 hours to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, all the way bumpy. On planes abroad, they will no longer require you to turn off your phones. You can turn on airplane mode and then watch novels or movies. Because there will be no Chinese or English subtitles on Vietnam Airlines. But I didn’t know that at the time. I watched a movie in English without letters, “Rise of the Planet of the Apes 3”. Just for the excitement.
The first meal in Vietnam was pho. It tastes like rice noodles. It’s a bit rougher than rice noodles. It was 10 pm when I ate, which was 11 pm in Beijing time. I couldn’t eat enough. But it was really novel to be in Vietnam, and I went out for a walk at night, and I saw people on the roadside stalls eating tiger
beer. Groups of people on the crowded streets. It’s like the night market in Hong Kong.
Vietnam is a country of motorcycles. It’s rare to see bicycles on the road. It’s all motorcycles. Everyone wears helmets. Cars are generally restricted to 50 mph or less, about the same speed as motorcycles. And they are usually allowed to go first. As soon as you get to a traffic light, the scene is spectacular.
The temperature in Vietnam is 30 degrees. It’s summer directly. Even wearing short sleeves, you will sweat. The architect wife said that the main feature of the house is the high floor, wide corridor, ventilation and sun protection. It’s similar to appreciating domestic architecture. There are a few tanks and helicopters. There are also air raid shelters, well preserved.
Vietnamese Dong is used to buy things, 3200 to 1, and it’s a hassle to calculate the price. Almost every time I buy something, I get ripped off a bit. But it’s small money, don’t care.
In the afternoon, I went to a minority village. I bought coconut candy, honey, and listened to some village girls sing. The main thing is that the weather is so good. In agricultural countries, there’s no smog at all. The air has a sweet taste. The yellow Weihe River, sitting on the boat looking out, blowing the sea breeze, is quite comfortable. They also provide a free coconut, a small coconut in Vietnam, which is very sweet.
After dinner, there was a lively dance and passionate singing on the stage. I happened to meet a Taiwanese sunset group, and we were drinking and singing together. I sang Minnan songs with the lead singer. All the old songs are memories. “Love to Fight and Win” is popular all over Southeast Asia.
So many stones, the stones are beautifully carved. There are many inscriptions on the pillars and many historical records on the wall. Of course, no one introduces you to it, and we don’t understand it. I don’t really understand stone culture. I still think the nearby virgin forest is more beautiful. Every tree is tall and mighty, towering into the clouds.
In the afternoon, I went to visit Angkor Wat, a bunch of stone buildings, hahaha. Please forgive my ignorance. I really don’t understand.
Tonle Sap Lake is a self-funded project, where you can see people living on the lake. My God, it’s so boring. I raised a group of crocodiles, and there are fish for sale to feed the crocodiles, but the price is 10 dollars, US dollars. My God, speechless. Just ripping off customers.
The next day, I started a sea project, which is said to be comparable to Guilin’s mountains and waters.
Standing on the ship, I saw that the mood of the sea area suddenly opened up. But the sun didn’t come out, the temperature was low, and the sea breeze was strong, so it’s really a pity. You can’t enjoy such beautiful scenery comfortably and leisurely.
One of them is Paradise Island. You climb to the top of the hill, which is not high, and you can see the whole view of Ha Long Bay. Of course, this is also self-funded, and the cost is quite high.
The boat is in the painting, and I’m in the painting, eating the lunch cooked on the ship. The dishes and flavors are as delicious as the beautiful scenery.
This is the first time I’ve seen a cave. It feels like everything is man-made. You really can’t see the real one in China. Their answer is that everything is real. We don’t have the technology you have in China, and we can’t fake it. Haha.
The next day I went back to China. I feel like time has passed too fast. I’m not finished yet. The overall feeling is still very leisurely, a rare vacation. Looking forward to my next trip abroad, and be prepared.
