Tibet is a place suitable for camping throughout the year. With vast land and sparse population, even in summer, the weather is not particularly hot. Forests, grasslands, glaciers, lakesides… all are suitable for camping. Here are a few beautiful camping spots in Tibet.

1. Shangri-La· Bottomless Lake

As a very niche attraction, the Bottomless Lake is simply too beautiful! The Bottomless Lake under the misty water vapor is incredibly dreamy. Camping here, you can enjoy the tranquility and leisure of being isolated from the world.

2. Rock Line· Lhuya Line

Since the birth of the Rock Line nearly a hundred years ago, the people who have been hiking have been changing, but the infinite scenery here has remained the same, as pure and natural as it was in Rock’s eyes, shining with moving brilliance on the land of western Sichuan.

You may have never walked it, but the Rock Line is almost an indispensable route on every outdoor enthusiast’s hiking list.

If you want to temporarily get off track from your daily life and experience the most primitive breathing, then the Rock Line is the best choice. No signal throughout the entire journey, use an eight-day crossing journey to admire the primitive scenery, camp under the stars, and open a window of free breathing for your life.

3. Xinguo Cattle Farm

The reason why the Rock Line is so famous is that it is a kingdom of plants. Along the way, you will see many rare plants, hiking all the way with the fragrance of birds and flowers.

At the Xinguo Cattle Farm, it is truly a place where you can walk through a sea of flowers. Under the vast starry sky, there are fragrant flowers, camping here, even your dreams are sweet.

4. Meri North Slope

The Mount Meili Snow Mountain is always awe-inspiring and always surprises people. Whether it is the Yubeng inner loop, which has become the first choice for most people to hike for the first time, or the outer loop of Mount Meili, where devout believers practice spiritual asceticism, Mount Meili never stops surprising you.

Hiking on the north slope of Mount Meili, entering from Yagon Village, hiking along the foot of the north slope, and admiring the various snow mountain landscapes and glacial landscapes on the north slope of Mount Meili along the way, enjoying the more magnificent Mount Meili from a new perspective! The campsites along the route will also bring you a unique snow mountain and glacial experience.

5. Yubeng Camping

Those familiar with our Western Impression should know that we have been cultivating Yubeng for many years, and have tried many different ways to play. This year, we have specially launched the “Yubeng Camping” route to provide you with different choices, allowing you to explore Yubeng in depth and explore Mount Meili.

You will also have the opportunity to overlook the ice lake from God’s perspective, and admire the Lake of Life of Kawagebo from a niche perspective.

6. Haba Snow Mountain· Wanhai Camping

Speaking of climbing snow mountains, I think anyone will not miss their first snow mountain – Haba Snow Mountain.

The Haba Snow Mountain in Shangri-La, Yunnan, is located at the junction of Lijiang and Shangri-La in Yunnan, facing the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain across the Jinsha River. The world-famous hiking destination Tiger Leaping Gorge is located between the two snow mountains. With an altitude of 5396 meters, it is the only 5000-meter snow mountain in Yunnan Province that is allowed to climb.

With its easy accessibility, long climbing window period, and relatively complete and mature climbing services, Haba Snow Mountain has become a recognized first-choice for beginner-level climbing snow mountains in the mountaineering world.

Therefore, almost everyone who comes to Haba comes to climb snow mountains, but few people know that there are many large and small alpine lakes scattered on the east side of Haba’s base camp, the most beautiful of which is Wanhai. And our campsite is by Wanhai.

The red trees by the lake add a touch of color to the world, which is particularly beautiful in spring and summer. It is also an excellent location for viewing Haba Snow Mountain and photography. Camping here, fully appreciate the beauty of the Haba area, rather than just for climbing.

7. Kula Kangri· Baima Lincuo Starry Sky Camping

Baima Lincuo Lake presents blue, green, and white colors due to the different depths and the surrounding scenery.

Baima Lincuo is also called Zhucuo Baima Lin. The silver peaks are reflected in the azure divine lake, which is refreshing. Legend has it that Baima Lincuo is also a lake of appearance. It is said that devout people can see their past and present lives in the lake. It is said that believers can glimpse their present and future lives from the bottom of this lake. In good weather, we will provide tent awnings, outdoor tables and chairs, and tea sets, so you can sit by the lake, drink tea, and enjoy the snow mountains. If you need it, you can arrange camping here, accompany the plateau lake, and sleep under the starry sky.
