【Hiking Precautions】

1, Shoes: Shoes must be soft-soled athletic shoes, not hard-soled, including athletic sneakers. V-soled hiking shoes are heavy and hard and are not recommended.

2, Clothes: You can wear three layers of outdoor clothing: quick-drying and breathable underwear, a fleece warming layer in the middle, and a windproof layer on the outside.

3, Socks: It is recommended to wear thick, quick-drying socks to prevent sweating, damp feet and blisters. Avoid wearing stockings as they can easily rub your feet.
