Changchuanbi is a classic trekking route that runs from Changpingou to Bipengou. It is also a famous scenic spot in the Four Girls Mountains. What to Prepare for a Trek Through Changchuanbi

Trekking Time: 3 days;

Mileage: 32 kilometers;

Maximum daily elevation gain: 800 meters;

Recommended Season: From early June to late October. In spring and summer, you can walk through the sea of rhododendrons; in autumn, you can walk through the snow. ;

Clothing: Windbreaker, quick-drying clothes, sports pants, hiking shoes, backpack (60-70 liters), hat, sunglasses, gloves, socks;

Food: Prepare at least 5 main meals, 2 breakfasts. Prepare water according to 1.5-2 liters per day;

Accommodation: Tent, sleeping bag, moisture-proof pad;

Equipment: Power bank, sunscreen, wet wipes, tissues, garbage bags, toiletries, stove gas tank, thermos cup, headlamp, ice claws, trekking poles;

Trekking Through Changchuanbi

Most people who trek this route are light hikers. Tents, sleeping bags, cookware, etc. are all carried by horses, making the trek relatively easy. If you’re hiking alone, not with an outdoor team, the difficulty is still quite high. New hikers are not recommended to hike alone.

Changpingou Ticket: 130 yuan/person,

Bipengou Ticket: 130 yuan/person, sightseeing car 2 sections, 20 yuan per section

Guide: 100 yuan/day/person

Tent: 200 yuan/time/double

Sleeping Bag: 100 yuan/time/person

Meals: 100 yuan/day/person

Equipment Horse: 150 yuan/day/horse

Horse for carrying people: 300 yuan/day

Trekking Itinerary: Siguniangshan Town (3200 meters) – Lama Temple (3440 meters) – Kushu Beach (3470 meters) – Muluozi Campsite (3760 meters), trek 12000m, climb about 500 meters;
