Introduction to Jiurushan in Jinan
The Jiurushan Waterfall Group Scenic Area is a national AAAAA scenic area and a national forest park. It is located in Xiyin Town, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is the source of the Jinshi River Reservoir, one of the 72 famous springs in the spring city, and also the source of the “Nine Ru Listening to the Waterfall”, one of the new eight scenic spots of the spring city. The scenic area covers an area of 36 square kilometers and has created the core landscape of “mountain, waterfall, plank road, creek, and pool”, forming a large-scale natural ecological landscape with unique characteristics in North China.
The entire scenic area is divided into six areas: the Clear Spring and Flying Waterfall Area, the Canyon Exploration Area, the Children’s Playground Area, the Jiang Hu Culture Area, and the High Mountain Resort Area. The scenic area is rich in mountain springs and has the largest group of waterfalls in Shandong Province.
