1、Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area
Cuihua Mountain is located in the northern Qinling Mountains south of Xi’an. In addition to the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains, you can also see the landscapes of cliffs and peaks, giant rocks and strange caves, and dammed lakes. It is known as the “Natural Museum of Landslides”.
Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area consists of three parts: Bishan Lake Scenic Area, Tianchi Scenic Area and Landslide Stone Sea Scenic Area. Cuihua Mountain also has a long history and cultural background. It was designated as the “Shanglin Garden” and “Imperial Garden” by dynasties, and the Taoyuan Palace and Cuiwei Palace were built here during the Han and Tang dynasties. 3、Mount Hua Scenic Area
Mount Hua, formerly known as “Xiyue”, is one of the five famous mountains in China, located in Huayin City, Shaanxi Province. Mount Hua is also known as “Taihua Mountain”, which is the birthplace of Chinese civilization. The “Hua” in “China” and “Huaxia” originated from Mount Hua. The two words “amazing” and “dangerous” are the essence of the scenery of Mount Hua. “There is only one path to Mount Hua since ancient times” describes the steepness of Mount Hua. The scenic spot has many thrilling and exciting attractions, such as the Longkong Plank Road, the Eagle’s Turn, and the Thousand-Foot Ladder, the Hundred-Foot Gorge, and the Laojun Plow Ridge carved on the cliffs, which will amaze everyone who comes here.
Mount Hua Scenic Area covers a vast area, including the main peak scenic area, the Xiyue Temple Scenic Area, the Xianyu Scenic Area, etc. The main peak scenic area is the core scenic area of Mount Hua, which includes the “one road of Mount Hua” and the five main peaks of east, west, south, north and middle. Most people’s Mount Hua refers to the main peak scenic area.
Operating hours: The cable car to the east and west lines of the scenic area opens from 8:00 to 16:00, and the cable car stops operating at 18:00 that day; the entrance to Mount Hua (hiking) opens from 8:00 to 15:00; the Xiyue Temple Scenic Area opens from 8:00 to 17:00; the Xianyu Scenic Area is temporarily closed.
Mount Hua ticket: From March 1st to the end of November, Mount Hua implements peak season ticket prices, with a ticket price of 160 yuan/person. From December 1st to the end of February next year, Mount Hua implements off-season ticket prices, with a ticket price of 100 yuan/person.
4、Shaanxi Shaohua Mountain Scenic Area
Shaohua Mountain Scenic Area is located about 7 kilometers southeast of Huaxian County, Weinan City, named after the famous Taoist mountain Shaohua Mountain. The scenic area is composed of five sub-scenic areas: Shaohua Peak, Qianlong Temple, Red Cliff Lake, Shimen Gorge and Milin Valley. Shaohua Mountain has been known as “Erhua” together with Mount Hua since ancient times because of its steepness and height. Many stories of Shi Jin, the Nine-Tattooed Dragon in the famous novel “Water Margin”, took place here. Wang Boda, a green forest hero in the late Sui Dynasty, also gathered here. The mountain gate stone village of that time is still faintly visible today.
Today’s Shaohua Mountain is more of a place for mountain climbing and fitness, and getting close to nature. Shaohua Mountain has steep mountains, beautiful mountain peaks, magical boulders, as well as streams and waterfalls. The dense forest makes the air here exceptionally fresh. 5、Taibai Mountain Scenic Area
Taibai Mountain National Forest Park is located in Meixian County, Shaanxi Province, at the foot of the main peak of the Qinling Mountains, Taibai Mountain. Taibai Mountain in the park is the main peak of the Qinling Mountains, with an altitude of about 3767 meters. The mountain is majestic and magnificent. The scenic area has beautiful natural scenery. The top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round even in the summer. From the Guanzhong Plain, you can see the snow-capped mountains from afar. The “Taibai snow in June” has been one of the eight famous scenic spots in Guanzhong since ancient times.
The park is mainly dominated by forest landscapes, with towering peaks, clear streams and green pools, historical relics dotted among them, layer upon layer of mountain peaks towering into the clouds. It is a famous tourist destination in Shaanxi. Due to the complex terrain of the scenic area, the depths are more suitable for tourists who like original ecology or some outdoor hiking enthusiasts. There are many routes to climb Taibai Mountain, and the mountain climbing routes are divided into north slope and south slope, including cable car routes and hiking routes. Tourists who climb the mountain for sightseeing need to follow the developed mountain climbing routes, especially hikers who should not venture off the main routes to explore. This is to prevent getting lost in the mountains, and secondly, there are many wild animals in the reserve, including large wild beasts. If tourists enter the deep mountains, they may encounter danger. A more conventional route is the hiking to the top route, which takes about two days, and you can stay overnight at Xiaowen Gong Temple in the middle.

Wangshun Mountain has towering peaks, deep ravines, natural mountains and waters, beautiful forest landscapes, quiet environment, and is a good place for outings.
Wangshun Mountain National Forest Park is located in Lanqiao Street Village, Lanqiao Town, Lantian County, Xi’an City. Tourists can take public transportation or drive to the scenic spot.
Bus route
(1) Take Xi’an→Lantian expressway from Xi’an Railway Station, and transfer to the scenic spot;
(2) Take bus No. 926 from Xi’an Sports Stadium→Lantian, and transfer to the scenic spot;

6、Jiulong Mountain in Baoji, Shaanxi

7、Nan Gong Mountain in Ankang
Nan Gong Mountain National Forest Park is located in the eastern part of Lango County, Ankang. The main peak is composed of three peaks side by side, which looks like a pen holder. It is also known as Pen Holder Mountain. It consists of five scenic areas: Erlangping, Jinding, Volcanic Stone, High Mountain Oak and Lianhuazhai. The park is famous for the true body of Master Hongyi, the traces of multiple eruptions of the Paleozoic volcano, the Quaternary glacial relics and the primitive secondary forest. It is a tourist destination for sightseeing, leisure, vacation and summer escape in the adjacent areas of Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hubei and Chongqing.

8、Zhongnan Mountain
Also known as Taoyuan Mountain, Difei Mountain, Zhongnanshan Mountain, Zhou Nanshan Mountain, simply called Nanshan, is a section of the Qinling Mountains, starting from Meixian County, Baoji, Shaanxi Province in the west and ending at Lantian, Shaanxi Province in the east. It is covered with green peaks and has beautiful scenery. It is known as the “Fairyland”, “Crown of Caves” and “The First Fortune Land in the World”. The main peak is located in Zhouzhi County, with an altitude of 2604 meters. The couplet: “Fortune is as long as the flowing water in the East China Sea, longevity is like the pines that never age on the South Mountain”

Zhongnan Mountain has dangerous terrain and rugged roads. There are five large valleys and over one hundred small valleys, stretching for hundreds of miles. “Zuo Zhuan” called Zhongnan Mountain “the most dangerous place in the Nine Provinces”, and “Shiji” said that Qinling Mountains were “the obstruction of the world”.
Zhongnan Mountain is one of the birthplaces of Taoism.
