The eight revolutionary sites include the Shuangqing Villa where Mao Zedong lived and worked, the Laiqingxuan where Zhu De, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, and Ren Bishi lived and worked, the East Side Flat Houses of Shuangqing Villa which housed the security guard of the Communist Party of China, the Xiaobailou which was the Communist Party of China’s library, the Sixin She and Duoyun Ting which were the residences of the Communist Party of China’s Propaganda Department, the Lizhu Lou which was the Xiangshan dedicated telephone exchange, and the Zhenfang Lou and Zhennan Fang which were the Communist Party of China’s General Office. These eight revolutionary sites are all located in the South Mountain area, at a moderate distance from each other. The entire route takes about 2 hours, and visitors can follow the recommended route to fully understand the working and living conditions of the Communist Party of China during its time in Xiangshan.

2. The Buddhist Route

Biyun Temple – Xiangshan Temple

Xiangshan Park has one temple in the south and one in the north, namely the Xiangshan Temple in the South Mountain and the Biyun Temple in the North Mountain.
