1. Fule Mountain Park

Introduction: Fule Mountain is known as “The First Mountain of Mianzhou” for its beautiful environment and many historical sites. It mainly includes ten scenic spots: Hanhuang Garden, Yizhou Garden, Mianzhou Stele Forest, Fule Garden, Fule Hall Fucheng Guild Hall, Taoyuandong, Lengyuandong, Xuande Lake, Mingjing Lake, Biyunyan, etc.
2. Scientist Park
Address: China Scientist Park, Zhiping Road, Youxian District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province (near Fule Mountain)
Introduction: The China Scientist Park is located at the foot of the scenic Fule Mountain, with the Furong Creek flowing by its side. The whole park is nestled among green mountains and clear waters. The China Scientist Park consists of a scientist sculpture garden and four great inventions squares, showcasing figures, related events and achievements that have made significant contributions to the scientific undertakings of the whole humankind. In the center of “The City of Wisdom” stands a tall and majestic sculpture, with the steel frame network on top being an abstract art in the shape of a brain, revealing that the brain is the source of human wisdom.
II. Science and Technology Museums
1. China Academy of Engineering Physics Science and Technology Museum
Address: Mianshan Road, Youxian District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province
Introduction: The Science and Technology Museum of the China Academy of Engineering Physics is located on the bank of the Fulu River in Mianyang City, and is a place for patriotic education, national defense education and science popularization. The China Academy of Engineering Physics enjoys the reputation of “national treasure”, and Mianyang is known as “China’s Science City” because of the China Academy of Engineering Physics.
2. Mianyang Science and Technology Museum
Address: No. 232, East Section of the First Ring Road, Youxian District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province
Introduction: Located in Mianyang City, known as “China’s Science City”, the Mianyang Science and Technology Museum is the former old Mianyang Museum. The scenic spot consists of four parts: entertainment wind tunnel, theme exhibition halls, dome theater and Zhonghuan Cinema. The whole science and technology museum is themed on “Two Bombs and One Satellite” and covers an area of 88,000 square meters. In the second half of 2005, the museum building of the Mianyang Museum was rebuilt into the “Two Bombs and One Satellite Science Museum”, later named as “Mianyang Science and Technology Museum”, with the name of the museum written by Zhou Guangzhao, Chairman of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.
It officially opened on January 26, 2011. In May 2014, it was awarded the National 4A Tourist Attraction.
