Xiulongtan is located in Cangfang Village, Cuizhuang Township, Nanzhao County, Henan Province. It is located at the southern foot of the Funiu Mountains and Shiren Mountains. The mountains are high and densely forested, waterfalls hang, cliffs are steep, it is an untouched natural gem.

The beauty of Nanzhao Xiulongtan lies in its undeveloped, pristine natural landscape. It has only been promoted by hikers in recent years and has become popular with people.
Xiulongtan has lush vegetation, overlapping mountains, and majestic peaks. This time I went to Xiulongtan, located in Cangfang Village, Cuizhuang Township, southwest of Nanzhao County. It is undeveloped but has become a good place for many people.
Xiulongtan, searching upstream, there are 3 ponds and 4 waterfalls. Only one pond and one waterfall have a simple road, the rest need to find the small road stepped by villagers, it is very primitive and fun. There are farmhouses in Bancang Village at the foot of the mountain, because many hikers come here, there is accommodation, 40 yuan/person, children don’t count, including three meals. Although it is simple, the life like a paradise is full of poetry.
The farmhouse dishes and “quancai” (sounds like “power food”) are all homegrown and stewed together, delicious. The pork is thick and bright, with no lean meat, stir-fried with chili peppers, it tastes good. The unique flavor of farmhouse stir-fries, friends gathered together, eating and playing, very happy.
It is said that someone has invested in buying Xiulongtan and Shengduo Mountain. Maybe in the near future, Xiulongtan will be full of commercialism, no longer a natural and unspoiled scenic area.
