Fulong Lake is located in the southwest of Single County, 18 kilometers away from the county town. The scenic area is divided into the Yellow River Ancient Channel Wetland Landscape Area, the Fulong Lake Water Leisure Entertainment Area, and the Forest Park Ecological Experience Area. There are Fulong Square, Plank Road, Ecological Island, Hanxian Tea House, Water Conference Center, Ecological Water Village, Laojun Temple, Fishing Island, Dongcang Wine Base, Ecological Wetland, Moon Bay, Christian Centennial Hall, and Yellow River Ancient Channel scenic spots.

From the Lake West Road of Single County, go south to Huanggang Town South, there is a sign indicating a right turn 2 kilometers to the Fulong Lake Tourist Area; or go straight along National Highway 105 to Jizhuang, turn to Jifu Road (passing through Caozhuang Township) and go straight to Fulong Lake. The West Lake Water Conference Center has been built, with four-star standard construction, which can provide catering, accommodation, and entertainment. There are different sizes of conference rooms, the largest can accommodate about 300 people, 2800 yuan/time; the smallest can accommodate about 20 people, the price is unknown. The catering is Fulong Lake specialty, the standard is at least 60 yuan/person, at most 80 yuan/person; the standard room is 268 yuan/room, with a 60% discount. There are boats for fun, the largest boat is 600 yuan/boat, can accommodate about 30 people, there are also small yachts, 100 yuan/boat, can accommodate 4 people.
