1. Jinhai Lake
Jinhai Lake Scenic Area is located 15 kilometers east of Pinggu District, now a 4A-level scenic spot with a water area of 6.5 square kilometers. Jinhai Lake is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with lush peaks and beautiful scenery, making it perfect for a weekend getaway with the whole family.
The Huaguang Pagoda is located on the top of the central island of Jinhai Lake. The seven-story octagonal brick and wood structure building is one of the main sights of Jinhai Lake. From the top of the pagoda, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The lawn here is particularly large, where children can run freely and release their nature. Bring your family to set up a tent on the lawn, go camping in the wild, and enjoy the fun of nature!
The nearby dam body painting is famous, painted by 100 artists at the same time, the “largest dam body painting in China”, with an area of 35,513 square meters. The Bibo Garden Island is quiet and private, making it a good place for health and wellness. Wenyu River Park is located at the junction of Chaoyang, Shunyi and Changping, with a planned area of 30 square kilometers. It is Beijing’s largest “green lung”. In addition to Liugou, tourists can also set up tents at the Ecological Culture Center. Visitors need to bring their own tents and cannot stay overnight. To ensure the safety of visitors, the park prohibits the use of open flames, gas stoves, and electric induction cookers and other heating tools.
