With the construction of ecological environment for many years, the water quality of Wenyu River has been significantly improved. The Wenyu River Greenway has a total of 13 tourist service centers and stations along the whole line. Shunyi New Town Binhe Forest Park Greenway is located in the C, D, and E areas of Shunyi New Town Binhe Forest Park. It is a city park in Beijing with both forests and water, and the water quality is relatively high. The greenway is not only the section with the most beaches and the widest river section along the Chao Bai River, but also the section with the best tree growth in the park. The greenway is equipped with supporting service facilities such as toilets. Shunyi New Town Binhe Forest Park Greenway has a large loop and a small loop. The small loop is 2 to 5 kilometers long, suitable for walking, while the large loop is 16 kilometers long, suitable for cycling and walking.
3、 Haidian Three Mountains and Five Gardens Greenway
Cycling on the Three Mountains and Five Gardens Greenway, from the solemn imperial gardens to the leisurely modern parks to the community parks with a strong sense of life, the scenery changes constantly, as if traveling through time. The area is rich in tourism resources, with a total of 13 parks and green spaces and 7 leisure venues. In addition, the area has a rich historical heritage, with historical and cultural relics such as the ancient Xiangdao, Imperial Road, Gongde Temple, Miaoyun Temple, and Lake Mountain Enchanting Pavilion.
Trail route: The greenway starts from the west gate of Tsinghua University, goes through the west gate of Peking University to Haidian Park, goes southwest from the east gate of Haidian Park along the green space of the Fourth Ring Road, crosses the Huoyiqing Bridge to the Sihai Bridge, goes northwest along the green space of Beiwu Village Road to the south of Yuyuantan, goes north along Yuyuantan Road to the south side of Beihany River, goes west to Xiangquan Roundabout, Xiangshan Road, goes south along Xiangshan South Road to Minzhuang Road, and the green space north of Minzhuang Road.
4、 Second Ring Road Urban Greenway
The Second Ring Road is the most important traffic ring road trunk line in Beijing. There are many historical sites and cultural attractions along the line, with a rich historical and cultural background. It plays a core role in connecting the entire green space system of Beijing.
Greenway route: The North Second Ring Road section (Xizhimen-Dongzhimen section) runs through the urban parks in the inner ring and the riverside green space along the outer ring moat; the East Second Ring Road section (Dongzhimen-Dongbianmen section) runs through the urban parks in the inner and outer rings; the South Moat section (Dongbianmen-Xibianmen) runs through the riverside green space along the moat and four urban parks along the river, including the Baimi FangHua Garden, the South Box Large Green Space, the Jinzhongdu Park, and the West Riverside Park; the West Second Ring Road section (Xibianmen-Xizhimen) runs through the Financial Street green space and Shunchen Park along the inner ring.
