1、Miaofeng Mountain
Miaofeng Mountain is located in Mentougou District, west of Beijing, about 50 kilometers from the city center. Every spring, there are many peach blossoms blooming along the mountain roads, making this beautiful rural road even more beautiful.
There are a large number of woody plants and high-quality medicinal materials, forming a unique scenery of “mountains on all sides are like paintings, and there is no day in the year without flowers.”

Transportation: Take bus 929 or 892 from Pingguoyuan Station on Metro Line 1 to Dingjiatan Station and take a taxi to get there.
2、Baiwang Mountain
Baiwang Mountain should be considered the easiest mountain to climb in Beijing. There are not many steps and it is basically a winding uphill road. It is not difficult for children either. The elevation is only about 200 meters, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the top.
The view from the top of the mountain is good. You can overlook the northwest corner of the Fifth Ring Road to the south, a large expanse of new city to the east, and rolling hills to the northwest. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience the fun of hiking.

Transportation: Take Metro Line 16 to Malianwa Station, exit from Exit A; or take buses 384, 584, 330, etc. to Baiwangshan Forest Park Station;
Self-driving: Take the North Fifth Ring Road (east to west), exit at Xiaojiahe Bridge, go north on Nongda North Road, turn west onto Malianwa North Road, about 400 meters, and you will reach the destination after crossing Heishanhubu Bridge.
3、Yangtai Mountain
Yangtai Mountain is located on the boundary between Haidian District and Mentougou District. It is densely forested with many ancient trees. The forest coverage rate is 94%, making it one of the best places to watch the sunrise in the suburbs of Beijing.
There are many historical sites in the mountain, including Jifeng Forest Park, known for its winding mountain paths, and Dajue Temple, an ancient temple that is over 1,000 years old. After spring arrives, apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, pear blossoms, apple blossoms and cherry blossoms bloom in succession on Yangtai Mountain, and the scenery is beautiful from near to far and from high to low.

Bus: Take Metro Line 16 to Beianhe Station, transfer to special bus 16 to Beiqinglu West Exit and walk 2 kilometers to the scenic area; or take bus 544 to Beianhe Bus Station and walk 1.6 kilometers to the scenic area.
4、Mang Mountain
Mang Mountain National Forest Park has nearly 130,000 mu of artificial forest, with a forest coverage rate of 96.5%. Wherever you look, you see forest vegetation, which is evergreen all year round and colorful in all four seasons. It is the largest national forest park in Beijing.
The highest peak of Mang Mountain is 659 meters, and the mountains rise and fall like a ferocious python, hence the name Mang Mountain. In spring, the plants and trees are in full bloom, full of life; in summer, you can enjoy the cool air and refreshing drinks, and the lights are magical; in autumn, the mountains are all red, and the forest is beautiful; in winter, the mountains are towering and pure and clear.

5、Phoenix Mountain
Speaking of Phoenix Mountain Natural Scenic Park, the beautiful mountains and waters, towering peaks, peculiar rocks, and natural scenery are simply breathtaking.
Most people take the North Line of Phoenix Mountain. Climbing the mountain from this route, the view is wide open, the scenery is beautiful, and the characteristic attractions are concentrated. You can enjoy a different view with every step you take. In addition, the viewing platform newly built in the park is also located along this route.
