Actually, it’s quite easy to get to the Badaling Great Wall, but the difficulty lies in choosing the right route.
After arriving at the Badaling Great Wall following the transportation guide above, you’ll face a route choice: the South Great Wall or the North Great Wall.
Both are parts of the Badaling Great Wall, but the North Great Wall is slightly flatter, so it attracts more tourists.
The South Great Wall is steeper, with fewer tourists, but it’s more tiring.
If you have enough time, you can try both, or choose based on your physical condition.
If you have elderly people, it’s better to choose the North Great Wall. If you have young people and children, choose the South Great Wall.
This way, you can not only appreciate the beautiful scenery of the Great Wall, but also have a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
