1、Lanzhou—Qingcheng Ancient Town—Wetland Park—Baisha Yellow River Stone Forest
Qingcheng Ancient Town is a provincial historical town and a national hometown of folk arts, with many well-preserved ancient houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Depart from Lanzhou in the morning, drive for 2 hours to reach Qingcheng Ancient Town, visit the City God Temple, Luo Family Courtyard, Gao Family Ancestral Hall, and Qingcheng Academy. Drive for 20 minutes to visit the Yellow River Wetland Park, and take a bus to Jingtai Yellow River Stone Forest Longwan Village in the evening.
On the second day, after breakfast, visit the Yellow River Stone Forest and appreciate the organic fusion of stone forests, the Yellow River, desert, oasis, Gobi, and farms. You can also experience the sheepskin raft drift and take a “donkey” to enter the canyon to experience the magnificent beauty of the stone forest.
2、Lanzhou—Yeliguan
The Yeliguan Scenic Area is located in Lintan County. Its main attractions include Lotus Mountain, Yemu Gorge, Yehai Lake, Red Cliff Hidden Valley, and Giant Reclining Buddha. It is a tourist resort with unique ethnic customs and beautiful natural scenery.
Depart from Lanzhou in the morning and head to Yeliguan Town in Lintan County. Arrive after about 3 hours, have lunch and visit the Xiangzigou Huangnianzi Scenic Area, walk along the forest trail, listen to the sound of millions of pines, feel the beauty of the primitive ecology, and then return to Yeliguan Town by car.
On the second day, visit the Yehai Scenic Area, visit the Drinking Horse Spring, Yehai Tianchi, and Red Cliff Hidden Valley Scenic Area, have lunch, and then return to Lanzhou.
3、Lanzhou—Lotus Mountain—Yeliguan—Songmingyan
Lotus Mountain National Forest Park is a national 4A-level tourist attraction and the hometown of the national intangible cultural heritage “Lotus Mountain Flower Songs”.
Songmingyan is one of the Eight Views of Hezhou, named after the roar of the pines when the wind rises, like battle drums and galloping horses.
Depart from Lanzhou and arrive at Lotus Mountain in 2 hours, feeling the unique beauty of Lotus Mountain.
On the second day, it takes about 1 hour to get to Songmingyan from Lotus Mountain. Visit the Songmingyan Scenic and Historic Sites Area, the Yaoshui Gorge Water Amusement Area, the Balugou Alpine Botanical Garden Area, the Huishanzi Liang Forest Landscape Area, the Xiaoxia Leisure Resort Area, and experience the charm of Songmingyan’s “Pine Rock Overgrown with Green”.
