Features 3. Professional slope design
Features 4. Grand scale, complete service facilities, rich projects
Beijing Shijinglong Ski Resort was built in 1999, located in the ecological demonstration area – Beijing’s summer capital Yanqing, 80 kilometers away from downtown Beijing. It is the first ski resort to use artificial snowmaking and also one of the few ski resorts in Beijing with south-facing slopes. This type of slope design conforms to the needs of human movement functions, allowing tourists to ski in the winter sunshine.
The resort covers an area of 600 mu, with professional slope design and ski equipment halls that can accommodate 5000 people for snow entertainment activities.
It has two chair lifts, one 500-meter long double chair lift and one 900-meter long four-person chair lift. There are also five large tow ropes and two ordinary tow ropes, with a total hourly capacity of 5000 people, able to promptly deliver skiers to the starting point.
If you don’t ski, you can also take the cable car for sightseeing. The resort has fresh air, gentle breezes, and stunning natural scenery.
The resort currently has 11 domestic and foreign snow machines, two German snow groomers, and 5000 sets of snow entertainment equipment (snowboards, skis, snow bikes, snow tubes, sleds, horse-drawn sleds, etc.).
