Route 1, 109 National Road, 100km Essence Section of Mentougou
Fushi Road – West Sixth Ring Military Village Exit – Miaofeng Mountain Town – Yanchi Town – Lingshui Juren Village – Zhaitang Town – Cuandidixia Village – Baiyu – Longmenjian – Qingshui Town – Zhaitang Reservoir – Zhangjiazhuang Checkpoint – Jiulong Town – Western Beijing Baidu Leisure Resort.

Route 2, The Sound of Camel Bells in the Taihang Mountains

This route allows you to fully enjoy and appreciate the Western Beijing Ancient Road. It is more difficult. The scenery is not the best, but when you reach Pearl Lake, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains and waters. However, for Western Beijing tourism, especially self-driving tours, it may suit some people’s preferences.
Walk through the countryside, experience the Western Beijing Ancient Road. Villages are scattered in the deep mountains and valleys. I wonder how the villagers spend their day in their villages!
Route 3, Starting from North Beijing, Tracing Back the Yongding River

Subway Yuanbo Garden Station – Dahui Factory – Jietai Temple – Tanzhe Temple – Wangping Village – Eighteen Pools – Junxiang Gas Station – Lingshui Juren Village – Yanchi – Jiuhegou – Nanshiyang Grand Canyon – Matou – Dachun – Gaoqin Road – Nanyan Road – Changliu Road – Wennan Road – Haidian Mountain Behind.
To be honest, Yuanbo Garden is quite good, haha, so the starting point of this self-driving tour route is destined to be a high-quality trip.
Places like Tanzhe Temple, Eighteen Pools, and Juren Village are considered to be quite good.
When it is the coldest, the ice waterfall in Wangping Village’s gourd grass field is worth seeing! Enjoy the scenery along the way, think for yourself, free yourself, and share the trip with three or five friends, four or six friends.
Route, Wufang Mountain – Mentougou
