Located in Jiaozuo, Henan, Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area is a place with beautiful natural scenery. 1、Red Stone Canyon
It is said that mountains and water complement each other to create a moving and charming landscape. A visit to the Red Stone Canyon in Yuntai Mountain truly allows you to experience the charm of mountains and water. As the “peak of canyons,” Red Stone Canyon is the most beautiful spot in Yuntai Mountain. It features the rare danxia landform canyon landscape in the north and is known as the “First Wonder Canyon in China.” The canyon is 68 meters deep, with an open exterior and a secluded interior. Its wonders are hidden deep within. The cliffs on both sides are beautiful and seem to have been sculpted by nature into a giant bonsai, hence the title of “Bonsai Canyon.”
2、Tanpu Canyon
Tanpu Canyon is located slightly to the west of the northern part of Yuntai Mountain. It is also known as Xiaozhai Gorge and is called the “First Exquisite Water in China.” Springs, waterfalls, and pools are found every few steps, like notes in a lively melody, making for beautiful scenery. Tanpu Canyon is 2,000 meters long and takes about an hour and a half to explore. The cliffs on the east side stand tall and green, with exposed bedrock. The west side features a competition of jagged, beautiful peaks, which are arranged in a line and stand tall, each vying for attention.
3、Ju-yu Peak
Ju-yu Peak has been a sacred site for literary figures, scholars, monks, and Taoists throughout history. Sun Simiao, the “Pharmaceutical King,” also collected herbs and practiced alchemy here, leaving behind relics such as the “Pharmaceutical King Cave.” The area is densely forested and known as a “natural oxygen bar.” Climbing the 1,308-meter-high Ju-yu Peak via the cloud ladder path allows you to experience the magnificent feeling of “Standing on the peak, all mountains appear small.”
4、Wanshan Temple
Wanshan Temple is located at the base of Yanwangbi Mountain, which is shaped like a nipple. The surrounding mountains are verdant and the scenery is beautiful. It was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and was given its name by the Emperor Shenzong. Here you can experience the depth and breadth of Buddhist culture.
5、Glass Walkway
The Phoenix Ridge Double Glass Walkway is 1,080 meters above sea level and over 400 meters long. It is the first double glass walkway built by a scenic spot in the country.

1、Yuntai Mountain tickets are valid for three days, allowing you to fully enjoy your visit.
2、Plan your itinerary reasonably and pay attention to the time of the last bus to the city.
3、The temperature in the scenic area is relatively low. It is recommended to bring an extra layer of clothing.
